Everyone in D7 has it already + it's automatically distributed to D7. Therefore there was no need for a tiebreaker.

Yeah, I forgot to make a mention of that on the OP, but I am partially following stride with last tournament in that Fractured Sunshine and Unconnected. will automatically be distributed to D7.

I say if the tie doesn't break we give 18 people Fractured Sunshine instead of 16. Because tiebreaker files are fun but SPREAD MORE LOVE PEOPLE.

I'm assuming if a tiebreaker is used, it will be the file above the division they are in (for example d5 would have to play d6's file for tb) or would it be a new file entirely?
