I'm also curious if you were using "coke" as an all encompassing term there or if you were actually referring to coke because you then used the term fizzy drink.

That's fine, I needed a bit more clarity then heh. But yeah, in general, fizzy drinks such as coke, soda etc. are pretty common sources of caffeine for me. This is my last post on the matter lol!

Diet soda is disgusting. I doubt it is that much more healthy.
It generally isn't. While it often contains less actual sugar, other chemicals are thrown in to mimick the same taste, which often times aren't healthier than just going with the sugar.
It's kind of funny because diet x tends to be a lot less tasty than x - at least from my limited experience, and the less limited experiences of people around me.

Yeah... I can't have caffeine anymore... I had way too much growing up and now I have an extremely hard time going to sleep. (to this day) I am also trying to quit drinking soda because I believe I have acid reflux or something. I don't have it too bad but once in a while... Yeah, it really bothers me.
I used to drink a lot of soda. I drank tea once in a while as well. (didn't know there was caffeine in it at the time.) I would drink coke/pepsi/etc. Now these days, I drink diets/water. (I do drink some caffeine free soda's once in a while though. However, I am trying to cut back...)
I drank coffee once... I totally picked the wrong day to do it though... I couldn't sleep one day so, I went for a walk and met a neighbor/friend. He took me out to get some coffee and I said sure why not... Dear god does coffee wake you up... I eventually crashed though... :\
I did read an article online that said it does have positive health effects but, the negative effects... I think outweighs them... We need sleep... Trying to force your body to stay awake is not exactly healthy... Maybe 1-4 hours is okay but, any more and you are pushing it...
Chocolate - almost every other option up there I hate and / or haven't tried.

In since I don't have a lot of moola to spare, I don't get the leisure often - but I'll take a starbucks (or any coffee place) frappachino over a can of coke.
However, because it's in my house all the time - coke is what I drink erryday (or just about).
