      Legs...!? A mystery 8)
I always thought my front needed more work than the back. Lack of chest/delts/traps lol

Legs aren't cut enough to show, but 9+ years of Taekwondo and my weight should be enough to tell you they're not small lol

Well, I count traps as back since they... run down your whole back and most people forget about that :P

Traps+lats need to come up a lot more than your front IMO. Arms are very well balanced, delts and chest are nothing to snuff about for a natural. If you were to compete, your back would be hurting you the most for sure.

I actually started working out last week. I am making graphical work for a dude, and in exchange he's being my personal trainer. Working on abdomen and shoulders/arms mostly. Will post results.

Shiiiiiit. Time to hit the deads some more!

Arms have always been a strong point, IMO. Chest and delts have always been lagging, but my chest has come up a lot this past year. Wouldn't mind having a wider back, though...and bit thicker so that everything pops out like Lavado (no homo )

Reach a0 has convinced that Starting Strength is bad based on advice from you. What is a program I should consider as a beginner to get good gains quickly?

Currently doing this exercise routine: http://newbie-fitness.blogspot.com/2...d-5x5.html?m=1 and using SS to try to teach myself form based off the beginners guide from SA.

                                Goals?

SS is a fine program for strength gains as a beginner. It's also good for learning compounds.

As a bodybuilding program it's awful and squatting twice a week overdevelops your legs and leaves you with chicken arms since there's pretty much no arm work in it.
