Yes, that is considered a fair entry as he is just using a basic laying of his own voice. If memory serves, you requested a crossover of sorts using the editing style of a YTMND. I hope this quote explains what I would like to see from entries:

You are allowed to perform an a capella using basic overlay layering. However, I will unfortunately not permit the creation of YTMND-esque remixes, as it gives you an unfair advantage over those who don't have the knowledge of doing something so advanced

I will add this quote to the OP to clear up any confusion, as I don't expect contestants to sift through 7 pages of posts.

Ah okay, thanks for the clarification. I probably should have clarified that I basically just meant layering my own voice, but the video part would look like a YTPMV. I'll just stick with the vocal part

Personally I would do it if it was any song in the game :/ . The fact that you could get lazy 20 year old finger tapping pros to sing is amazing enough.

Single segment recording of Starman, bask in my horrible rendition of it.

Personally I would do it if it was any song in the game :/ . The fact that you could get lazy 20 year old finger tapping pros to sing is amazing enough.

I wanted this as well, but in the end it was decided to do all token files. Using all of the songs would take away from the token theme, but I would have loved to try actually singing to something like Bricks, or Build God then We'll Talk. Oh well.
