@ those stats, assuming you are lightly active, I would eat about 2700-3000 calories a day for 2 weeks and track your weight carefully. If it goes up more than 3 lbs or so I would drop the intake a bit. If it goes up less than 1 lb I would increase your intake. Once you start cutting, at your size, 1500-1800 calories a day is where you would want to sit, while keeping your protein as high as possible (if you can get 150 grams, that would be great).
