I find it completely infuriating to play the same song more than a couple times in a row, especially if i'm starting to have bad habits. The harder is the song, the more time i need to recover and try again. If i'm not getting a good score right off the bat, i need to go back, play something else, and repeat. D:

I find in playing the same songs over and over again (>1100 times on futari before my 2g run) that I have a handful of bad runs at the beginning, a handful of good runs and then my runs get worse for a while. Persevering through that though I hit a spot where I just kinda get into a zone for the song somewhere around 50-100 restarts into the session I start getting pretty consistent at the song.

I know people are gonna try harder this round than last since the song is so short. I bet you're gonna get like 3 clean on this thing. I know for a fact that my 8 0 0 1 isn't gonna survive.

I'm pretty sure I won't, I have a massive mindblock on the intro roll+trill (I noticed the 4s are 32nds in the roll but 16ths in the trill, and I can't switch between that), and get 2 goods by default there.

Most of my runs are scores like 25-10-2-3 on avarage, because I also derp up really a lot in a pattern near the end (the little staircase followed by the repeated 1) and get a ton of goods and avs there. Every once in a while I nail it. My best runs were 6-0-1-0 and 4-0-1-0 respectively (and that miss was in a ridiculous spot). All the other runs were not even close to SDG.

Seems like 4-0-1-0 might just end up being enough for a pass, though. But I'm aiming for 3g as you say. I'm playing on my new laptop, which minilags constantly (which is ironic because my 5+ year old laptop runs R2 flawlessly in Flash 9). I can whore the song on my old lappy by Monday, so perhaps I'll improve more.

In the meantime, good luck with improving that 8-0-0-1. It seems indeed that that score won't cut it :P

Is Eternal Drain Heavy loading for anyone else? For me it never loads, it always stops at 98% or 99%.

lmao just got 3g clean on a downtemperature sightread (i had a restart 3 seconds in)

sadly i dont think the AAA on 44 edit will happen today...
