It's an in-betweener, haha. If you have a bit more of a relaxed pace with the chart, you can play fine at 0. If you're a person that likes to hit earlier, you should play on -1 (assuming 0 is your normal offset).
This. Whenever I look at a chart for so long, I might start hitting goods at really stupid places. Changing the offset for me, then back is the same as what other people might do for mirroring, or changing the speed mod.
