If D5 was eliminating the same percentage of people, they would be eliminating 28 people and the cutoff would be 6 goods.

As long as no one improved their score from this point till the end of the round, I'd be cool with that, less people to worry about in later rounds xP

I'm still confused on how Velocity's engine is lagging for everybody lol

It's not just the Velocity engine. They're all lagging or have something wrong with them. Velo lags like a mofo, legacy has the miss glitch, and R^2 has a completely different window, so using anything other than your standard engine is ****ing unbearable for this tourney. I don't know what's going on but playing FFR right now is simply unbearable. And with the way the official works there's no extensions. So if you're one of the unlucky ones like me where SDGs / AAAs make or break your progress to the next round, you can understand our frustration and why we're "complaining" so much.

I will be majorly pissed off to no end if this isn't fixed by at minimum mid next round. If it's not fixed, the tourney needs to be halted or something needs to be ****ing done. This is utter nonsense. I'm sure there's honestly a good explanation for this it'd be nice if there was any progress on it.

Your phrasing wasn't poor I just used it to keep my post on topic and mention how all of us as players are confused. Some of us have literally tried everything and nothing's working.

I am not kidding when I say almost everything.

Velo Engine:

1. Tried standalones: 9 10 11
2. Cleared cache. Repeated 1.
3. Tried not using game booster on all standalones.
4. Tried in Browser. works a tad better once every like 15 run attempts. Not a playable condition.
5. I dropped the priority for the flash player in standalone, and while it considerably cuts the lag, it's still lag enough to wreck all runs. I managed to tie tie my score at best. I suspect lag free it may have been a AAA but since this can't be proven, whatever.

Legacy:

Pretty much the same as Velo engine. It lags considerably less but I now get hilariously bull shit misses and lag is still cake walking my day into the ground.

R^2:

This engine for some reason requires me to experiment more with the speed settings to get it how I need it to be (as it's slightly different) and would cause me to have to relearn the window. Not something you want to even consider doing for this tourney.

I can't even AAA the D1 chart because of how bad it is to put this into perspective. And we all know I can nail that kind of stuff on sightread on a normal day.

I'm still willing to try things out but we need a long term fix and not some half ass luck based one.

The trick is to play in public nude using your penis instead of your hands.
