They haven't posted placements yet my little newbie and the last day to sign up was on the 30th of June so if you haven't signed up yet then you're out of luck my friend.







By the way, I was wondering what the requirements were to be considered D6? I always thought you needed at least more than 3 FGO's under your belt and 2 of them have to be mid to high level difficulty but I could be wrong.

edit: People get lucky sometimes and have really good runs but it doesn't necessarily mean that they are fully capable of doing it again. Take Choofers for example, he was able to nail a pretty decent score on Rave7 yet people that have more AAA's and higher FMOs aren't able to succesfully accomplish the same stunt. It all just comes down to a breakdown of skill between each player. Some are good at jacks yet fail with jumpstreaming and vice versa. They should take this into account when making placements.

Obviously I'm not important enough to get a response from AJ.

GG you are overall 12 and av/rank 24 your d6 for sure now bro(or were before you stopped playing lol) but preggers is d6 and he has like 2 fgo bfs i think, divisions have grown to be more individual based then on a set amount of AAA's in a particular set(imo).. which is better when players are actually know for the skill at the time.. unfortunately people get good ranks on songs then stop playing(in yours, mine and 100's of others cases) and loose skill, then we get somewhat good again and it comes back.. so just whore a bunch, you know you can do it :P gl tho bro i got faith in ya

Unfortunately extensions aren't possible or allowed.


On a side note, I see a lot of bitching about placements. The placements are still being tweaked in the bg, and changes haven't been applied to the dashboard yet. If people want to disregard the advice given by me in this thread to relax or follow-up placement issues via PM (of which I have gotten 100~ so far, thanks guys that read/listen), I have no probelm in bumping people up a division or off the tables completely.

Consider this an official warning if you've been complaining about wrong* placement in this thread.

I'm not the main coordinator of the tournament, I backed out of the main responsibilities because I was running around like a maniac for the past two weeks, so I wasn't expecting to answer any questions from anyone, but I have no issues doing so. I'm helping with the last few placements (if you were one of the last 45 or so people to sign up).

As far as my personal FGO standards, I tend to push people to D6 if they have only one FGO (as I did last tournament). Based on the numbers I received for difficulties and their new corresponding areas, Lolo no longer is a pre-requisite. However, if you have that AAA and a lot of strong FGO scores, then I personally would put you there. You're not where you are because of me - I didn't get far enough down the list to place you (and I'm saying this with complete disregard to you getting a favorable/not favorable placement).

Again, just wait for things to be sorted out.

@ reuben: From what I heard, the team was split up with two D5 and two D4 votes and I broke the tie by putting you in D4. I honestly don't see what's so special about you getting put in D5 - yeah, you get good scores on higher level songs but scores like 9-0-2-0 on Indo and 17-x-misses-x on Integraation does you no good, because misses will bog you down in the tournament. Not being able to FC easily really hurts your chances. I did glance at your Nomina Nuda Tenemus score and I was a bit torn on what to do, but every player has a fluke run of sorts and I feel like that might have been yours, considering the rest of your level ranks (not intended to be insulting in any way).

With that said, anyone who disagrees with reuben_tate's placement can blame me for that one, haha.
