You may have noticed a change to the overall scores in post#2 of the thread.

It was pointed out to me that there was a scoring discrepancy wherein someone who had tied in round 1 and then beaten in round 2 someone who was ranked as being ahead in total points.

I was doing a somewhat silly thing wherein at the end of a round, with the groups as they were at the start of the round, I was moving people up/down/whatever and THEN assigning them their points as how they ranked in their category, which was causing some awkward math and inflating some scores incorrectly.

I'm not correctly assigning points within a division, updating the overall score from THAT point, and THEN moving them into new divisions where the process will repeat.

Yes this means the visible score of people in the lower divisions is now quite a bit lower (Someone who came in last in D3 getting bumped to D4 was getting 1000 points for being top in D4, instead of say, 565 points for being last in D3 and then moved) but this does mean that it's actually going to be -easier- to move up/down places based on your performance.

This was a new project and obviously there will be kinks, which is why the qualifier is happening at all, so please, don't hesitate to continue to contact me in PM about anything that seems odd.

I never blackflag anything, so this kinda makes me sad. Also, I couldn't even SDG this before today so that's pretty good.
Also, hopefully this one is reasonable sized as compared to the last one.

Are you actually ranked lower, or in the same place but with fewer points?

Bear in mind that with fewer points, but the same ranking, getting 1000 more points from topping your division this round makes a bigger difference etc.

lol, the math when you take into account the division movements is probably not going to be pretty no matter how you do it. :P I'm kinda upset though, if I had kept my bf on AAA, stayed in D3, and then posted my bf on adult's sketchbook; I'd be ranked higher than what I did which was AAA AAA, get moved up to Division 2, and then post my non-FC on Monstrous Turtles. >.<

I was all like "yeah" 'n' stuff.
I fail at using computers, this screenshot is probably going to be as large as the others and I'm really sorry if it's bothering someone, my ignorance is over 9000 as to how to fix it (yeah I'm that bad with computers.)
