The hard songs batch was FMO+ and it was already planned for after the easy songs batch. We ended up having the two batches right together the way we did for the tourney though. So no it wasn't particularly for the tourney it was already planned.

I can't really justify burstdumps, but one thing that isn't really debatable is that FFR needs more jumpstream files. I think a lot of people forget that FFR is *not* SM: we have a very different song selection, including none of the classic js files and packs, and no ratemods either (which are often used to add variety by trying the same patterns at faster speeds). Someone who wants to show off their skill on a speedy or endurance js chart really has only a few solid files to pick from.
