Try using flash 8 and see if you experience any problems. Its not FFR its Flash I believe.

Download link for standalone 8: http://uppit.com/67mk4rww0k3b/Macrom...standalone.zip

Cool. Not really needed if you play out of browser though.

Man, to the people who didn't know about this we owe you a big thanks. I just tried it, absolutely NO lag in the browser. I don't have to go through the hassle of opening the standalone.

I actually see some performance improvements within the standalone while running gamebooster as well. Definitely a great find.

Re: No Way... FFR Lag Gone For Good!

I'm going to try this out later and see if this will do anything to reduce my random goods syndrome. As for people who still get random goods even without lag, it might be due to a slight amount of offsync that happens to affect just about every file (I'm still proposing an offset option).

                        Thanks for the find Phynx.

                          Sweet! Worked like a charm!

I can now play on my 32bit Vista xD

The offset doesn't feel any different but it definitely reduces the amount of frame-skips/lag spikes within the game.

Offset option is something that really needs to be considered, haha.

The random goods could be any one of the following errors:

                              1. Offset problems
                              2. Keyboard communication error/lag to your computer.
                              3. Keyboard input communication error to the game.
                              4. Flash can lag in its own code.
                              5. Flash can outright hang on it's own code(for no reason it seems)
                              6. Errors with the game file SWF.
                              7. All out computer hardware failure.
                              8. Flash has many features that hinder performance causing frame skips.
                              9. You just really, REALLY suck.
                              10. You're YaBoy.

So it's hard to diagnose everyone's problem as to why they are getting random goods cause it could be any number of reasons.

Pretty sure bmah and I fall in the case of #1. The game is running perfectly fine. However, if I try hitting on sync with most songs, I graze in and out of the early good and early perfect windows. So, I force myself to hit late. It's by about the same amount on just about every song.
