Should just not focus so much on everything. Keep it simple and streamlined. Good friends, friendly competition and that's all you need.

Hope everything goes well.

People need to lay off. Not saying that the quoted poster is wrong here, but we're well aware of how to take care of things. I appreciate the concern, but we're alright.

I talked it over with Kayla and we're on terms with the team again. Not sure if she came to an agreement with what I told her - basically I said to her that she'd still be responsible for the entire team (since well, it IS hers, lol) and I'd still be there helping out in the same way that I have been. I removed the administrator title from myself on the forum because I felt like I've invaded Kayla's position as leader multiple times without any concern of how she felt or what her stance on something was. I know that I've helped with a lot of things on DF, but there's also a lot of things that I've tried doing without her approval and I shouldn't be doing that.

I'm still supporting DF 100% in everything that I do, but I demoted myself on the forums to ensure I don't go over her head in anything anymore. Me having the moderator title puts a note in my head that I'm no longer splitting the leadership with Kayla because I'll be asking her for any sort of ideas I might have. My role on the site will pretty much remain unchanged - I'll still be a head judge and I'll still be responsible for converting files and whatnot, but as far as making any advancements (like the forum move and stats, which again, was another thing that I tried starting BEFORE telling her) for the site, I won't be doing any of that without permission anymore.

It's just a safety and it ensures that the person who started the team remains in control on their own.

Thanks but I've been successfully running this team for over a year now. It seems you don't know much about us because we have been about good friends and friendly competition since we started. The whole time FFR was down we were together on our site along with a few others that hungout there while FFR was down.

My point was people were saying they are leaving because I said I was stepping down from being a leader. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and have a lot of things to do so I can't be nearly the leader I have been for the past almost year and a half. There's no reason the team should break up because of this because they are more than capable of doing it.

But I guess I will just stay on as the leader but I'm not going to be able to have quite as much focus on it as I did before. I don't want to see you guys leaving just because I need to take care of stuff in my own life. This has been and always will be a great team with me at the reigns or not. You guys are all great people. Don't destroy what we've had for so long.

Being on two teams is kinda pointless since teams compete with one another. So it really doesn't make much sense to be on more than one.

I've been running mine for 5 almost six years. Three divisions, trust me simplifying helps. Also minimizes drama, but just a suggestion. To each their own.

Let me know if you need anything or any help or whatnot.

And we've been running our team for almost 2 years, keeping them on our site while FFR was down. We know what we're doing. There's absolutely no need for you to flaunt around your so-called "experience" because we had absolutely no issue keep our members together for the 10 months that FFR has been down, where as all of the other teams (TC, TD, TSB, etc.) all practically disbanded. Just because you started the team 6 years ago doesn't mean you have the kind of experience needed to run a community like we have.

So I will say again, we are perfectly fine with how we do things. We had one little mishap; the problem has been solved.

There's nothing complicated with this team >.> I don't know where you're getting that from. And there hasn't been drama the stuff that happened in here from a few days ago had nothing to do with the team at all and was people that weren't part of the team. They were old roommates. 5 almost 6 years okay that's great but I don't remember seeing you guys active at all before the site went down so really it was a dead team and hasn't been 5 or 6 yrs. When the site went down there were pretty much no teams left. We've been an active team for the whole time non stop. Just because the site went down doesn't mean we weren't together we have our own site where we had tournaments and everything else going on over there.

Oops sorry, missed this post because surfing FFR on my iPhone right now is really glitchy.

Okay, drama observed in the past two pages I just kinda thought was going on, but I don't really need a backstory I am not in any of it. Once again no hostility.

My username was created the day TD was started. So it's been 5 years. My other username, ozracing_797 is my original username, and that is on 7 years I believe. And before this team, I had Team Project OZ on XBOX Live NFSU2, that was an older division for about a year before TD_Geno asked me to start one here.

TD was inactive on FFR for a while, I understand some people still played and whatnot, but we created a few more divisions on XBOX Live, then brought some to PS3, and created a real life automotive club with 5 corporate sponsors, and that has taken up most of my time.

Now the car club (Echo Autosport) is on the off season for winter and I can refocus FFR, now that FFR exists. And when the Echo Autosport season restarts, the other two owners will continue on with the FFR team.

All of our divisions are under the same Domination Network I have created a while ago, and I just feel like refocusing on FFR is a good step forward.

Just thought you were under the assumption all of my teams suddenly ended. :P

I am being friendly and whatnot here and not all "YOU WANNA GO WE CAN KICK YOUR ASS!!!" because teams, although competitors, shouldn't act like 12 year olds. Unless they 12, in which case I guess be more mature. :P

In order for teams to survive they have to be able to co-ordinate with eachother for tournaments, competitions and the whatnot. Therefore I asked if you need anything let me know, like just putting out a helping hand because I'd love to see competition stay, and I'll help out any team that needs it.

Without competition and opposing teams, kinda makes the whole concept fall apart.

In any case, sorry once again if my previous posts seemed hostile.

Have a good one!

I think they are pretty much okay with the people they chose to help.
