Re: Modern Warfare 2
After noticing I could get a 40$ discount at gamestop by trading in two games I never play anymore I bought MOD2 and It had a great story mode. Too short in my opinion and I didnt play the first granted I read about it before playing. I dont think and dont hold me against it (SO FAR) I dont think it would have been worth 60$ so lets hope the multiplayer blows my mind or else 20$ is a solid price. Other than that my gamertag is Frosty Shinobi and I am open to friend requests =D

Your titles and tags don't reset after prestige.

Re: Modern Warfare 2
This game is awesome. The level called "no russian" is insane! I haven't beaten the multiplayer, but I got pretty far before turning to multiplayer. Multiplayer is awesome in my opinion, I'm already level 25, but I'm pretty bad at it. One last thing, this got a /russiaban in case you were wondering... LINK= /russiaban

Re: Modern Warfare 2
I just beat the campaign and now I'm ripping Multiplayer usually coming in first for FFA after a dozen matches or so. That one airport level though I think was over-the-top. Mowing down civilians at an airport is obviously just in there for shock value, which I do admit, was kind of entertaining but still, it's too much IMO. Anybody wanna add me on Steam: Serpher

Re: Modern Warfare 2
It was integral to the story, though. I don't think it was thrown in 'just because'.

What's sadder are those guys who boost to the top of the leaderboards with ridiculous K/D ratios and such.

Re: Modern Warfare 2
No, I don't believe "No Russian" was thrown in there just for shock value. The writers needed something that was horrid enough that they could justify having Russia invade us. It couldn't be something minor, it needed to be something huge, such as an American Agent and supposedly his accomplices shooting up a Russian Airport.

Re: Modern Warfare 2
The game isn't banned in Russia, the "No Russian" mission is just blocked via a patch. Also, the game isn't even released on consoles in Russia, only on PCs.

Re: Modern Warfare 2
/agree with everything you said fireking, I hated those near infinite amounts of enemies in Modern Warfare 1. By the way, for the naysayers on the ban in Russia, here's some sick linkage
(Yes I know that's the same link as my first post, but apparently some people didn't CLICK on it.) -Jet Edit: @Kibblre: I didn't say anything about Xbox in my first post, which makes me wonder why you said the thing about the consoles....
