I think he meant something like 1000-1-0-1-0, as in, a completed song with one good and one miss. If the miss came in the middle of the song, your combo score would be horrible, but your raw score would be a lot better than someone who FC'd with 800-202-0-0-100.

Ok, cool. I saw PA tourney in the OP, but wasn't sure. Sometimes in other tournaments it means combo score.
