So are the metal ones any better? I have one with padding and one without, and the padding one has turned to absolute shiet. The buttons stick alot or something.

not to get yelled at butim going to answer silvers question metal dance pads make for a more realistick feeling towards the arcade and they lats a whole hell of a lot longer if your like me doing max 300 on heavy on 5 the plastick pads last around 6 days so in the long run you save a lot of money metal ones cost only about 200 dollars for a really good one so i suggest you buy one go to www.ddrfreak.com then look in the store and ittl tak you to red octane or they sell them on ebay for about 300 dollars i got both of mine for 200 just lok around and i dont wanna get yelled at im just answering her question
