Wish granted, but the whipped cream is expired to the point where you get a disease from it.

I wish I spoke more Polish.

Wish granted, but suddenly there is an epidemic that kills everybody on earth who speaks polish.

I wish the epidemic was negated by a miracle cure.(I'm part polish
