to go along with the challenge thing i suggest a way to know how good the person your challenging is. You could take the difficulty of the hardest 10 songs (not all because playing easy songs you like would lower your rating) they have PASSED and avg them together so some of the lower people would be rated as such (this way you know how well they play)

then you could seperate the ratings into different categories like
1-3 = beginner
4-5 = intermediate
6-8 = advanced
9+ = Godlike
or you could use the same scale you use to rate the songs who knows

then finally you could have a member list thats sorted by skill level according to the scale (EX: go to members section - select advanced - then its sorted by lowest - highest 6-8)
