This guy got owned!

For the past month, my brother has been basically living with us. No one invited him, & yet no one can seem to kick him out because he's so stubborn. When he's not at work, he's here. On the computer, constantly, until he goes to sleep.

Now mind you, he's 24 years old. He has two little girls below the age of 4. A wife. A life. & HIS OWN HOUSE.
& no computer.

I noticed a long time ago that there was porn in our WMP library. I didn't know what it was, but it was entitled "FREE GOO", so I had to click it obviously. However, it was pretty sick. The girl in the video, tampering with a little pink vibrator, LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS TWELVE! You could tell she was older, /maybe/ 18, but she bloody looked twelve. So from then, I just ignored any suspicious video titles, & went on with my life. Well, a week or so ago, I got on IE, & the history was up. There were SO MANY fcking porn sites, it disturbed me, especially what he was looking at. That has happend more than once. I've tried to ignore it, but I can hardly even sit in this chair, or touch the mouse, anything. It's disgusting. I know that guys watch porn, that's no biggie, but that he does it here, right where I'm sitting. So nieve, he thinks I don't know.

I told my mom, from the first video, but she just brushed it off as I did. I told her about seeing his history a few days ago, & then I accidently caught it AGAIN today. We're starting to think that he's not staying with us only because his wife & he are fighting (for a month?!), but that he's addicted to porn. He wakes up, gets on the computer, goes into work (thank god, or I'd never get on here), comes home & gets on the computer again. It's worrying me. & the fact that he's here constantly is making me a little on edge. He's not the type you get along with. & he's beat me before, gotten into actual fist fights with (even though he's MUCH older & MUCH stronger than I), so it's hard to argue because words eventually turn into fists, no matter what you argue about.

I'm really worried, disgusted, stressed out, ALL because he's here constantly. Neither my mom nor I want him here, but we have no power to make him leave, apparently. What the hell do I do?
