My school district is a little bit smarter than the rest, I guess.
Instead of just banning a crapload of websites, they simply uninstalled flash, shockwave, etc. any kind of embeddible media besides photos from their browsers. Students can't reinstall them because they're not authorized (won't let them). So no youtube, ffr, etc. no games
