To some people, living your life as fully as you can could also take away the priveledge of going to heaven afterwards. Take this for example, your father dies from murder but the killer was never caught. You then set out to try to the find the killer, and get your revenge. When you finally find him, you kill him. Let me go back for 2 seconds, going to heaven is part of well...the 'rules' of the bible I guess. Killing is against that, wether it be for revenge or not. So therefor, if heaven really existed *meaning that hell did too* the man would probably end up in hell instead. But of course he doesn't know that because he THINKS he's doing the right thing. So after he gets his revenge, he thinks he's gotten what he's wanted most out of life, and thinks he's lived it to the 'fullest'
