Discuss the ramifications of a hypothetical world where every fish in the water had the power to grant its owner one wish,
1) If the power of the wish was limited, for example, to personal changes; "I wish for improved hygiene," or "I wish for less fat," or 2) If the power of the wish was unlimited. How would this precious resource be controlled? Would existence have any meaning if wishing could be used to arbitrarily correct mistakes and satisfy desires? Or would the opposite occur; could some party gain a monopoly over the fish-wish supply and dominate the rest of the planet through repeated wishing? What would happen when the fish die? Ramifications for the economy? The ecosystem?
