Cure For AIDs
All of these are IMO
Good thing : those who get it from someone without knowing it and don't really deserve it can be cured. Bad thing : People might start doing some nasty, nasty "stuff" without thinking of the consequences just because they think it's safe that there's a cure for AIDs, and could possibly bring about something worse than any kind of STD known to date. I honestly think that if you did something really deserving to get AIDs (not along the lines of karma but sexual) you should live with it.
