i can't get ffr to work and im freakin out

ok, deep breaths.... AHHH! i tried everything, i looked in the faq, i cleared my cache i logged in and out but to no avail i can't get ffr the game or its multiplayer attributes to work! it says my name is already taken so i assumed it thought i was already logged in and i wasn't, so what is it? is it a glitch or what? cause i need to play ffr now!!!! or else i will loose it!
