That is easy. since you have x, x, and 3x, which is 5x. So you have 5 checks, 5 withdrawls, and 15 autodebits. That is $2.50 + $2.25 + $9.00 = $13.75 So $15.95 - $13.75 = $2.20 to go after 25 transactions. You're looking for the smallest number, so you want to use the most expensive service. That is the autodebit. $2.20 / $.60 = 3 + remainder. So you need to make 4 uses of the autodebit to exceed the $2.20. So the answer is 25 + 4 = 29. A.
