Let's start with that lovable slut of a game, O2Jam! Enticing you with a supposedly free songlist, you'll soon find out it's not all it's cracked up to be...

Reasons Why O2Jam Sucks
1. Incredibly huge, blatant ripoff of IIDX.
2. All but like 10 of the songs sound like they were made in FL in 5 seconds.
3. DJ Potatoe songs.
4. DJ Potatoe songs.
5. The notecharts are the worst ever constructed for any sort of game. Eschewing things like common sense, the sweatshop laborers that create the charts focus almost entirely on difficulty. This is readily apparent due to the existence of...
6. Hold notes. Hold notes have no place in any sort of DJ game. All the hold notes in O2Jam do is increase the difficulty for no reason at all. A terrible design decision.
7. The interface looks like garbage. It's like a 5 year old Korean kid drew a picture and they used it as an interface. 3rd Style's interface is better.
8. The inclusion of characters, leveling, and shops serve to detract from the gaming experience. Music games should be about gameplay, not pointless frills. All mods should be available by default; not purchasable.
9. O2Jam is an enormous scam. They offer the bottom-of-the-barrel, default FL synth songs for free, with maybe 1 or 2 good ones to entice you into paying for e-points. You can then spend e-points on equally retarded songs that might sound somewhat better. At least they realized no one wants to subscribe to this garbage.
10. Everyone who plays the game is a Malaysian retard. It's impossible to play games with anyone else without knowing them beforehand, because not only do they all suck, they're also retarded. Not to mention the whole speed mods issue.
11. Did I mention how bad the songs are?
12. The timing and scoring issues are myriad. Only 3 different timing levels is an absurd decision for a DJ game. Almost none of the songs are synced correctly - not that this matters, since the timing windows are incredibly wide. Unless you happen to be playing a fast song, in which case the the window shrinks. For no reason. Also, using higher speedmods increases the window. That's the worst thing ever. I needn't really get into the scoring, save to say that basing anything off of combo is utterly and completely idiotic.

In conclusion, do not play O2Jam. Ever.
