Don't you hate it when you start thinking about random stuff that sounds so very correct and intelligent, and then you decide to post it in critical thinking?
On topic, I have a theory on souls, assuming that they exist. In this theory, souls are created to be put into the bodies of people around the world. At the begining of time of the soul, they were exactly like black sheets of paper. As time grew on, and people died, the souls traveled to wherever they stay inbetween people, caring a fraction of their experiences with them into the next life. As populations increased, more souls had to be created to fill the bodies. These new souls were like the origionals: blank sheets to be written on. As time goes on, souls that have been through many a year stop yearning for bodies, instead watching over the world in their unparralled wisdom of worldy matter, only to take a body in times of need. Here are created your presidents, legends of lore, and other highly noteworthy figures that have changed civilizations. Moving forward; after WWII came the age of the Baby boomers. Also, life expectancy skyrocketed along with populations. With the number of bodies on the rise and the number of souls diminishing, a massive amount of new souls had to be created. These new souls, combined with technology = the AOL generation. Discuss, noting that this is basically a short story, and not to be taken very seriously. |
