To get right to the point, the heavily cut version that was released this Friday is not very good.

Based on the previews, this movie should have been awesome. Being only 90 minutes long, it takes about 40 minutes before the torturing even starts, and there's probably less than 10 minutes of scenes that make a squeamish person be disgusted. Though, they make the beginning worthwhile with plenty of breasts for your viewing pleasure.

I went to this movie expecting to see some gnarly deaths and torture, what I got was someone about to get their toe cut off and then a scene change before it happens (it was like that for every gross part save one or two).
It got good reviews from the people who screened the uncut version back around September, and I wish they kept it that way. Acting wasn't bad, plot wasn't bad, setting was good, cuts sucked.
The only good deaths were more hilarious than gross, which is the only thing that stopped me from saying that this movie sucked (and the boobs!).

Thsi movie had potential to make people leave the theater, and I wish it lived up to it. If you want to see a good gory movie, don't pay the $7-10 to see this in the theaters; go rent Audition and wait until this movie is on DVD before seeing it.
