1) You cannot be racist towards mexicans/hispanics/latinos/whatever I'm supposed to call them because they are the majority kind of like asians mainly populate socal or whatever and you will get your ass kicked really fast. I've never been racist to people but it's common sense that you don't piss off the majority of people around you.

2) You have to like TC's (Taco Cabana, mexican resteraunt) or you get your ass fucking kicked out of the city. (No, not really, but then you're just lame)

4) The grass, really really sucks. It's almost always really dry and is never actually really green. This is because of...

5) It's really really fucking hot here, same for the rest of texas. It's a significant 10-20 degrees hotter than cali. At least when it's cold you can wear jackets or turn up a heater. When it's hot and you're outside you can't do shit to make yourself not hot and sweaty. This is one of the reasons I refrain from going outside much. For most of SPRING AND SUMMER it's a solid high 80s to high 90s. Reaching up in the 100s is not common. The only state I can think of that regularly gets much hotter is Nevada. Fall doesn't even start till like fucking late october or early november. The EARLIEST it's EVER started for the time I've been alive has been like the end of september and that was a really cold year in general.

6) The streets are fucked up and there's like construction all over the place.

7) I haven't been to any cali cities YET, so I wouldn't know but, apparently the city is really big and is the size of a bunch of cali cities. This is true for all the other texas cities as texas is not as cluttered. I don't know if this is true for cali cities but our city is divided into sides e.g. northwest side northeast side and then there's the south side

8) The Alamo is probably one of the thing most of us care least about. Seriously, other than historical value, the locals don't really give a damn.

9) Along with the alamo, the Riverwalk isn't that exciting. There's a bunch of other perks to SA but I don't want to list them but the Riverwalk isn't one of them. Yes there's big events held there BUT there's much better big events held at the Alamo Dome.

10) The pizza sucks. You can find almost every single type of fucking Mexican food on the PLANET here ranging from lucas covered popsicles to a rainbow of tortilla chips to a Mexican resteraunt named... "Heroes". The only kind of things you can't find is the stuff that they make in Mexico that is illegal in the USA which I don't even have a clue what that is. All the other types of food, I don't eat at enough different places to make fair judgement.

And finally, probably the biggest thing of all.

11) THE SPURS ARE THE MOST OVERRATED THING YOU CAN FIND IN THE FUCKING CITY. When it's basketball season there's spurs shit EVERYWHERE. People act so retarded over the spurs. It's a basketball team, for crying out loud. I cannot put this into WORDS how much people go stupidly crazy over such a small thing. Okay, people have fucking shops up near sidewalks selling spurs shit. On san antonio forums other than DDRSA I always see people having that stupid GO SPURS GO!!!! shit in their signature. If you live in san antonio it's practically impossible to not read or hear go spurs go at least 20 times a basketball season. I just can't even put it into WORDS. It's like the whole city is a bunch of cheerleaders.
