First things first: Read the news before asking questions. you will save yourself a lot of unessicary flaming directed at you.

2nd if you've read the news and can't find an awnser to your questions try the FAQ. More awnsers are in there.

3rd if that doesn't work try looking thru the forums. stickies and announcments might awnser your question or mabe someone had the same question as you.
