Roe v Wade was RETARDED

I mean seriously, if you know anything about the case at all, tell me how anyone can possibly justify the supreme court ruling on this case. Justice Blackman prettymuch goes so far as to say (well.. umm... the people want it so we'll allow it). There is like no constitutionality at all for it, and the idea of using Griswold v Connecticut as a right to privacy is such a stretch.. I don't buy it at all. They should have left it for the states to decide because that's what federalism is all about.
