Some computer help please

Ever since I went to datadrain.ytmnd.com, my screen will flash black repeatedly whenever somebody doesn't use it for a while, datadrain.ytmnd made it flash like crazy. I've scanned it for viruses repeatly (I use norton because my dad is an idiot at times) and all it does is occasionaly quarantine a trojan, and that never fixes a thing, I have no clue how the heck my dad got norton set up, so I can't empty quarantine either, which sucks.
So basically my moniter keeps flashing black repeatedly whenever it isn't used for a while, and my computer is becoming a trojan fest, any ideas? I think there are some online scans, but where is a good one?

Oh yeah, the moniter cable is messed up and I need to twiddle it all the time so the screen isn't yellow.
