FFR Hall of Fame - Class of 2026

Once again, thank you to those who submitted nominations, but moreso, thank you to those who submitted voting ballots. Turnout nearly doubled from 2025 with 47 of you wanting to make your thoughts and voices heard as to who deserved to be recognized by the FFR community for their contributions to the game, website, and community as a whole.

What was a very good class of nominees showed to be hard for a majority to really come to pass as only - 2 - users this year reached the necessary threshold in order to be enshrined into the FFR Hall of Fame, but they're still both well deserved - and in at least one case, arguably long overdue. So, without further ado, I'd like to introduce our first inductee into the FFR Hall of Fame for 2026:

SYNTHLIGHT

This feels like it should be a given, but it took several years for Synthlight's nominations to really gain traction. Regardless, in professional sports, we see a category for builders in their halls of fame; people who are recognized for their role in creation and innovation in their respective professions, and if there was ever a Builder category for FFR, this man is one at the forefront.
Over 23 years since FFR the Game went live on the world wide web, and it all started with Synthlight. While taking steps back early on, we do still occasionally see Synth around on Discord, or the forums, and it's always a treat to see him, and we thank him for what he all gave us: our friends, our music, our game; and we thank him with an honour that you all deemed to grant. It's been a long time coming, but it's just as deserved.

Finally, our other inductee into the Hall of Fame for 2026:

In his time on FlashFlashRevolution, there were very few users who played at a top level for as long as Oppiie did. At the time of his enshrinement, he was ranked:
- 3rd in AvRank (3.01)
- 5th in AAAs (3390)
- 24th in GrandTotal (57+ billion)
- Was the 11th ever to amass 1 billion GT in one day, and was the record holder for most GT in a day for 6 years.
- One of only 3 users to amass 1 billion+ GT in a day TWICE.
- 2nd in D7 [12th Official]

On top of those incredible achievements, Oppiie also contributed to the game, and community, via 8 stepcharts, as well as collabing on 3 others, and spending time as a judge as well for a period of time. A constant face for a long time in the FFR Discord server, Oppiie was always an advocate for how the game could be better, and may still pop by from time to time. But, no matter what, Oppiie was - and is - a user more than worthy of this accomplishment, and I'm very proud to see him recognized as such. Congratulations!
