tldr, i want y'all to know i am reading posts but obviously there's not a TON to go off of atm. i'm hesitant to vote star bc whenever star's here star is usually very helpful.

It is probably best not to risk it, but the first post does not explicitly say insta is on and the TWG rules imply it can be off? Maybe roundbox can clarify.
