I don't think playing as an anime girl is gay. BUT the next logical conclusion is, of course, to act like a pretty cutie anime girl (Which is why i use a super cute voice changer, PM me if you want me to share it with you). In this scenario, it's only a matter of time before things eventually get romantic with someone (Be it a cute anime guy or a futa/etc).
