Looks like you only got 46 AAAs yesterday anyway. Yes, you will need to AAA 50 unique songs of difficulty 12+ in one 24-hour server-day (this is strictly 12AM until 11:59:59PM)
You can save screenshots or replays of each score, or you can screenshot the Daily AAAs log from http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/FFRStats/daily.php, but be sure to include a window with current server time and player badge if you go this route. Here is an example screenshot:
