in the Disney Villans game, which was another anon game Xiz hosted, as well as the Smash game, the gunsmith could give out an unlimited number of guns. it was brought up that this was pretty op, but I don't recall Xiz saying he would reduce this. The OP doesn't say that they are limited in number of spaghettos they can hand out, so its probably safe to assume that they are not limited
