I use Razer Blackwidow TE Chroma and a Redragon Karura. Normally the Razer is for spread stuff and Redragon is for index. I've been trying to improve my jumpstream dramatically with FFR as I'm about to start my first tournament and just got promoted to D3 a few minutes ago. Good job on these scores. though. I play osu!mania myself and still can't get more than an S on there on 4* songs. I really don't go harder than that.
