Can you believe it's been almost 2 years since Solo Rulz Pack 3 first opened up submissions? Sadly, it was yet another pack forgotten due to inactivity. In tandem, Solo Japan Pack 3 was accumulating submissions at a rather fast pace and it was then I thought to propose an offer Kommisar wouldn't refuse, "Wanna merge packs?"

Shoutouts to Kommisar for initially starting and compiling the original Solo Rulz Pack 3 before merging.

Shoutouts to LongGone, ca25nada, Hazelnut (Cerise79), choof, and gonz for beta testing and helping with difficulty ratings / structure (especially with the 18+ hard files).
