Christmas Mech Keyboard Skillboost Scoredump

So, I got a Logitech G710+ kb with Blues among my gifts and immediately freaked out. I had been de-rusting the past two weeks or so, and switching from an ancient laptop helped a lot

I've also noticed that I can read harder files but I don't think about the patterns, I just hit the buttons and the arrows get hit, like the signal bypasses my brain and goes from the eyes to the hands haha. Never thought I could read the denser stuff.

Spoilers because there's like 15 or so screenies/replays

This was a single playthrough near the start of my session, the mistakes were pretty simple and could be fixed given time and effort (recurring theme)

I don't think I have the consistency to pull off a AAA on this, though it's looking kinda funny over there as a potential trolly Scarhand get.

Again, single playthrough, better than a 29-2-0-9 or so. I could fix the av-dump and the miss for a great score. Throughout the session I noticed that I'm still getting used to the kb and will dump boos or mess up the easier parts of the song while nailing the tougher runs.



The misses and dumps are kinda bleh once more, I can definitely shoot for removing those misses.

It's about time I SDG'd this, the song itself lends it to be hard to consistently do well on every section for me, especially near the last quarter. Pretty cool.

Here's where I noticed my JS ability went from the gutter to being half-decent. My best score before this was like 40g. I could also hopefully fix the av-dump.

Here's a sightread, definitely wasn't ready for the second half of the ending stream. Might be able to fix that up but I'm surprised that I nailed the FC first try. Also kb boos, gotta get used to not doing that.

Kind of better, got the FC and a few less goods in exchange for more averages. This song isn't that boring to grind, and hopefully those avs will smooth out.

More holy crap JS craziness, didn't think I could read through this. Not the prettiest score for the difficulty but it still felt good.

Oh my god, the sightread FC. I crushed the walls, though I screwed up around them haha. Kb was really boo-happy on this one. Also felt great, though I'd love 20s.

Added like 14g but removed 5 avs and like 12 misses, I can read the fast glutty stuff. Also, fun to play, won't mind getting the good count back down.
Low 20s on an 87 would be amazing.

Alright now this is getting a bit weird. Previously, before my post-tourney skilldrop I struggled to get sub-100g on this. Crazy score for me.

I know this is a short song with a bunch of easy parts but this was way better than 46-0-8-X, messed up the first 32nd wall but again with the reading boost

The raw score is around my best but the potential is there for something much, much better.

Hot damn, another short file but more hitting keys without thinking got me this (along with the usual kb boos, still gotta get used to not doing that)
Also woops with the first couple errors in the opening


Sightread, didn't bother playing during the tourney because the preview was scary -.- Longer file means I'm still okay with this score, relentless JS is my weakness but this also felt really good, was able to finish off the file without stamina issues. Sucks that I missed twice. Also holy crap with the boos here.

This last one's just kinda okay, had never FC'd it before so yay. Avs and boos though. Prob not worth the replay.



Also, a note about Planet Karma. I know I can get a really good score, possibly an SDG. I had around 2-0-0-3 about 2/3 in with a solid confidence about the jacky guitar section, as that skill's a strength of mine. I want that one so bad -.-
