Sometimes also ctrl+alt or shift+alt, and dependent on drivers and OS.
On some windows versions you can also just flip your screen in the Display control panel. On Windows 7 it's very simple, I can just right click the desktop -> screen resolution -> orientation and that solves it. Lots of ways to fix it for yourself instead of bothering AJ, who already puts a lot of work into the videos.
