America should fake the capture of Osama, since Osama is just a public figure, and most people don't understand that terrorism will run without him, and he has a whole organization to carry out long after him. At least if peopel think he is captured they would feel much more safer, because, quite frankly, the capture of him will do nothing to terrorism.
