I can't log into the game!

Hello, first let me introduce myself.
I'm Polyvine, a deep fan of rhythm game since forever, and obviousely a FFR fan.

My problem today is pretty annoying, my account i've played on for almost a year is this one, and since a few i can't connect to the game with it. On R3 it keeps charging "user data" forever and will never log on (On the standalone and also on the website). I need to log as a guest, which is pretty sad for all the nice perfs i do and get lost forever

Any ideas about how to fix it?
