Should I get another Health quint then to replace gold?

As far as starting items I go Dorans/1x Health pot, sometimes I'll do Relic Shield. I always get Ancient Coin 2nd time back though.

Also Silver ADC's/Junglers are the worst ... I initiate and they stand back no going ham and I just die. I probably should target before I ult and strike/stun.
I'm not a bad player , I can keep up/win lane vs high plat. Ive had many compliments on my thresh from Diamond players.

And I wanted to ask what kind of runes should I run on Gragas?
