How is your social life right now?

I want to make a thread where we can talk about our current social situations and others can comment/help. Feel free to be as detailed as you'd like, incuding stories of social growth if you'd like.

I'll wait until I get to a computer to write out mine in more detail, but basically I'm 100 miles away from my gf (get to see her every 2 weeks though) and my only interactions are through classes and pick up soccer. I've been getting better at being alone though.
