There's a big 'ol difference between drinking a cup of coffee a day and drinking a pot of coffee a day. The more caffeine you regularly put in your system, the more likely you'll have caffeine withdrawal symptoms later.
About once a week or so I'll have a pot of coffee, but usually just one or two cups most other days. I'm also a fan of green tea. |
