selling everything and rebuying until you're out of cookies maximizes the amount of heavenly chips you get for it since it's based on total amount of cookies. 500 trillion will net you a good amount of heavenly chips
edit: oh jeeze apparently the selling and rebuying thing doesn't count anymore.
