Request: Photoshop Sig

So I've been rocking the quote "Face it Ryo, Your not fit to sweep for me!" from King of Fighters 98 for a good 3 or more years now on FFR/BMS/wherever sigs are used [and the quote really does use "your" since I think the game itself got it wrong in it's original release]. I was wondering if someone was willing to make a proper banner for it featuring the character Yuri Sakazaki from the aforementioned game. I will state up front that as far as credits go, I only have 15+k but am willing to negotiate (Like, I could step a file or something).

Am wanting it to be about as long as the SpinItUP banner that you see in my signature already but possibly triple the height. Must have the quote and hopefully a good picture of Yuri. KoF98 used a Red and Blue motif in the game itself, but was White or Red/Yellow in alot of the promotional stuff. I would want to stick with Red/White in the sig (Yellow is such an ugly color half the time when not done right). As far as anything else, you guys are free to experiment.
