Hi!!! i'm new at FFR

Hey peoples,

i'm new at FFR my friends at my school said i "HAD"...to join this website!But i really don't understand this game...i know your supposed to keystroke the arrow when the arrow meets it's match but what hand positions do you use?My friends tell me to double up...but i don't know...i guess for me double upping is cheating...wha i would like to know is what hand(s) positions you use to win...and by the way can n e one tell me what all this stuff is about...to write your messages...it's confusing...well g2g...
