I'm confused whether you are asking about HC skillsets or bit.ly's so I'm just gonna say mine here

Frenzy - Sidearm (helps you kill mobs from behind. Your attack speed needs to be high)
Leap - Iron impact (Saves you from mobs hitting very hard, and lets you move when jailed)
WoTB - Insanity (Pop it only when you are in a great danger)
Furious Charge - Merciless Assault (Helps clearing dozens of trash mobs in small areas, and lets you move when jailed)
War Cry - Impunity (Obvious choice..)
Revenge - Provocation (Helps greatly if you are surrounded by many mobs)

Passives
Weapons Master (Otherwise my DPS is below 10k :P)
Nerves of Steel (To take advantage of my high vit)
Inspiring Presence (To be used with War Cry.. This will be your greatest life saver when you get DC)

Some tips:
- Always secure a way to retreat. You can get in trouble any second
- Keep it slow and safe.. Sounds obvious but it's actually difficult to follow
- If elite packs have high dmg affixes (e.g. arcane/molten/plagued) and movement limiting affixes (e.g. VORTEX/waller/jailer/knockback/frozen) at the same time, either pop WoTB and kill them real fast or run away
